We are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buy‐out, Venture Capital, Real Estate and Fund‐of‐ Funds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.

Position Summary
Standish Management is seeking a Senior IT Solutions Engineer to join the IT organization. This is a hands-on senior technical role responsible for designing, administering, and continuously improving the firm’s Microsoft cloud ecosystem and related enterprise technologies.
This position will serve as a key technical architect and engineer for collaboration platforms, identity systems, automation frameworks, and SaaS integrations across the firm. The role combines platform engineering, technical project leadership, and vendor coordination to help deliver secure, scalable technology solutions that support the firm’s global operations.
The ideal candidate has deep experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, strong systems integration and automation skills, and a passion for implementing modern workplace technologies. Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, or other enterprise AI platforms is a strong plus.
This role works closely with the firm’s Managed Service Provider (MSP), internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to drive technological improvements while maintaining a secure and well-governed environment. This is not a managerial role — the position is intended for an experienced engineer who enjoys working directly with technology and leading complex technical initiatives.

Administer and continuously enhance the firm's Microsoft cloud ecosystem including:
- Microsoft 365; SharePoint Online; Microsoft Teams; Exchange Online; Entra ID (Azure AD); OneDrive; Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity tools
- Designing and implementing platform architecture, governance, and security controls
- Managing identity, authentication, and access policies
- Supporting enterprise collaboration and document management platforms
- Developing automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure Automation, and Power Platform
- Managing Microsoft tenant configuration and security posture
- Supporting Copilot enablement and AI-powered productivity initiatives
- Implementing best practices for Microsoft platform governance, lifecycle management, and compliance
- Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other enterprise AI tools
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve internal operations
- Support integration of AI capabilities within Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
- Work with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and productivity improvements
- Lead implementation of firmwide technology initiatives
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and enterprise SaaS platforms
- Support architecture decisions for collaboration, automation, and integration
- Lead integration of applications with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Manage authentication and identity integrations using: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, Identity providers (IdP)
- Design and support integrations using APIs, Webhooks, and Automation tools
- Provide senior-level troubleshooting and platform support when needed
- Collaborate with the MSP on infrastructure, security operations, and platform services
- Assist with endpoint management and application deployments
- Support internal IT initiatives and global office technology needs
- Participate in system architecture discussions and technology planning
Required Experience
- 7 years of experience in IT systems engineering, cloud platform administration
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise platforms
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations
- Experience with Azure cloud services and identity management
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in environments supported by Managed Service Providers
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other enterprise AI tools
- Experience building or working with AI agents, workflow automation, or AI-enabled productivity tools
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience implementing SharePoint governance and document management frameworks
- Experience working with REST APIs, automation frameworks, or integration platforms
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
