What are the responsibilities and job description for the HEAD GIRLS BASKETBALL COACH position at STANDING ROCK COMMUNITY SCHOOL?
Standing Rock is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified candidate to serve as Girl's Head Basketball Coach. Candidates are desired to have successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience, and related successful experiences in educational leadership. Candidates should be experienced in building a comprehensive program, developing staff. All candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the girl's basketball program and the local community. Candidates should have the following:
- Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior.
- Positive, high energy, and committed.
- Partners well with parents, staff, community leaders, etc.
- View success not just as winning; but as helping team members to reach goals.
- Orientation toward continuous improvement and transformational coaching
