About the Opportunity
Join a dynamic team in Page, AZ supporting general aviation and private aircraft operations for commercial, defense, and recreational clients. This entry‑level Line Service Technician role offers hands‑on experience with aircraft ground handling, fueling, and ramp operations. You'll work directly on the flight line, ensuring safe and efficient service for aircraft and passengers while gaining exposure to the aviation industry.
This position also provides cross‑training opportunities into customer service or maintenance support roles over time. While there is some room for growth in the current role, long‑term advancement may require additional education or training. Career development is supported through Tuition Assistance and internal transfer opportunities to other locations.
Position Details & Responsibilities
- Safely marshal, tow, and park aircraft on the ramp
- Perform fueling operations for a variety of aircraft types
- Assist with baggage handling, cargo loading, and passenger services
- Conduct routine inspections of ramp equipment and vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ramp, hangars, and fuel farm areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers, and crew
- Follow established safety protocols and FAA regulations at all times
- Complete required documentation accurately and legibly
- Support snow removal, ramp maintenance, and other ground operations as needed
Qualifications
- Entry‑level candidates welcome; prior aviation or ramp experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license required; ability to operate ground service vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks on the ramp
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
