As a Stockroom Clerk (2 nd shift), you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the stockroom area. You will be responsible for the overall operations and processes, and for coordinating efforts between all departments. Accuracy meeting strict deadlines is of high urgency.
Hours: M-Th 2:30p-11p, Fri 12p-8:30p (Saturdays, as needed)

What You’ll Do
- Performing incoming receiving inspections in accordance with Quality procedures.
- Receiving parts and material into applicable inventories.
- Issuing parts and materials to work orders per reservations or requests, issuing parts to sales orders or warehouse transfers.
- Processing incoming and outgoing piece parts per the applicable DWIs (Detailed Work Instruction).
- Operating the forklift to receive deliveries or send shipments.
- Processing rework or return-to-stock parts.
- Completing inventory audits and investigating discrepancies. Submit audits to the supervisor for approval.
- Assembly of kits.
- General administrative tasks and duties to ensure department efficiencies.
- Keep all work areas neat and tidy.
- Develop and manage Continuous Improvement initiatives in your assigned area.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the field of logistics, shipping, warehouse or transportation is an asset.
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain would be an asset.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated experience working with minimal supervision or direction.
- Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely internal and external customer service.
- Strong problem solving, reasoning and decision-making skills in a team environment.
- High attention to detail with good computer skills.
- Desire to grow, learn and work in a team environment.
- A keen focus on health and safety, productivity & throughput, quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
