You'll be responsible for stocking shelves, operating cash registers, packing products, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and display areas accurately using RF scanners and inventory control systems to ensure product availability.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions with precision while providing excellent customer service.
• Pack purchased items carefully using proper packaging techniques to prevent damage during transport.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts following safe lifting practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks.
• Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, updating records, and assisting with shipping & receiving processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers, utilizing multilingual skills when applicable to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or retail store experience is preferred, especially familiarity with retail product knowledge and merchandising.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts; certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations, pricing, and inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices, manual handling techniques, and warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive approach to teamwork.
