About the Role

As a Branch Manager Trainee, you’ll receive hands-on training across every area of branch operations—from warehouse and counter sales to inventory management and business processes. This immersive, ground-up program is designed to prepare you for future leadership by giving you the tools, experience, and mentorship needed to run a branch with confidence.
What You’ll Learn & Do
In this role, you’ll wear many hats while gaining real-world, frontline experience. You’ll be actively involved in:
- 🤝 Building strong customer relationships to drive sales and service
- 📦 Overseeing inventory control and optimizing stock levels
- 💼 Learning accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities
- Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing warehouse duties
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20 lbs
