Corporate Development Intern

Job Summary
The Corporate Development Intern will provide general administrative support to staff and management while assisting
with day-to-day office operations. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in
administrative functions, professional communication, and organizational processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records
• Answer, screen, and route phone calls and emails professionally
• Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and preparing agendas
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
• Organize and maintain office files and records
• Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
• Support special projects and complete other administrative tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Basic knowledge of office administration and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Interfaces with customers, vendors, and the public. All employees, including Senior and Executive Management, Sales & Finance.

Conducts in a professional office setting or off-site at company marketing events and trade shows.
