Job Summary
We are hiring a Contract Billing & Union Reporting Specialist to manage billing, certified payroll, and union compliance for large commercial and government projects. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience with construction contract billing and labor compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit progress and final billings in AIA format
- Manage certified payroll and union reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and union contract terms
- Coordinate billing documents with project managers
- Reconcile billings with contracts and change orders
- Maintain audit-ready compliance records
- Support month-end billing and reporting closeout
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years experience in contract billing or related role
- Proficiency in:
- AIA billing formats
- Certified payroll reporting
- Prevailing wage requirements
- Strong accuracy and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with union labor agreements and compliance
- Experience using Sage Intacct or similar accounting software
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $50,000–$70,000 annually (DOE)
