Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Equipment Operator based in Midland, TX. The Equipment Operator will handle and operate various types of heavy equipment used in excavation, road construction, and other related activities. Daily responsibilities include equipment operation, maintenance, site preparation, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role requires efficient collaboration with team members to complete projects to specification.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Operation and use of Heavy Equipment
- Experience with Excavation and related processes
- Skill in Equipment Maintenance and troubleshooting
- Competency in Forklift Operation
- Ability to comply with safety regulations and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
