The Opportunity: We’re currently seeking a Cleaning Technician/Custodian to join our dedicated Facilities team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment across our office and manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute to a healthy, safe, and productive workplace. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Shift: Second Shift: 2:00 pm - 12:30 am, Tuesday - Friday; or as responsibilities require Pay: Starting pay for this role is $18.50 - $20.20 ( includes shift premium) What You’ll Do: Daily Cleaning & Maintenance Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Service, clean, and supply restrooms Clean windows, glass, and mirrors Steam clean or shampoo carpets Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Gather and empty trash Safety & Standards Compliance Follow procedures for the proper use of chemical cleaners and power equipment per established guidelines Clean up bodily fluids in accordance with the Bloodborne Pathogens Policy Notify management of repairs or potential hazards Perform duties in compliance with company Quality and Safety standards Organization & Reporting Perform tasks according to daily spreadsheet schedules, time allocation sheets, and checklists Continuously monitor the cleanliness of facilities and equipment What You Bring: Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience 0–1 year of experience cleaning office or manufacturing facilities is ideal but not required Specialized Knowledge & Skills Basic knowledge of general cleaning processes and procedures Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Necessary Competencies Dependability Attention to Detail Initiative Safety Awareness Teamwork Time Management Travel Requirements None Why Standard Process?
