Hybrid/Onsite: Palmyra, WI | Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Training will be conducted onsite in Palmyra, WI. After the training period there is an opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do
As a member of our Customer Care team, you’ll be the helpful and knowledgeable point of contact for customers and potential customers. In this role, you will:
- Receive and process product and literature orders by phone and email
- Refer patients to Health Care Professionals within our network
- Answer basic product information questions and assist with website navigation
- Resolve customer issues including shipping delays, order errors, and missing packages
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Support sales and marketing initiatives through product and literature promotions
- Transfer calls to internal teams or field sales representatives as needed
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless service
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred
- Call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial
- Active listening and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficient typing skills, including 10-key
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive customer interactions with tact and professionalism
- Reliability and punctuality in a team-based setting
