Standard Practice is a voice AI platform that automates medical practices outbound calls to insurance, patients, and pharmacies. Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end improvements to backend logic, APIs, and workflows
- Proactively identify issues via telemetry and fix them with automation
- Reduce the need for reactive support
- Triage, solve, and deploy bug fixes
- Build features intelligently with help from others
Requirements
- Background in CS, Engineering, or other technical field
- 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
- Skilled in Python and familiar with related frameworks (Django, FastAPI, etc.)
- Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, etc.)
- Lives in or is willing to move to NYC
