About the Position:
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our corporate office in Sandy, UT.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, solving problems, and communicating with customers and team members. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, follows through on responsibilities, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and maintain customer accounts and payments
- Post and reconcile payments accurately
- Review account balances and assist with account inquiries
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due balances
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding account questions and payments
- Research and resolve account discrepancies
- Assist with invoicing and other accounting-related tasks
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve account issues
- Assist with additional duties as needed

Experience & Training:
Previous accounts receivable or accounting experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We believe that attitude, work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are important factors in success.
