Perform all duties necessary, under the general direction of the Plant Manager to successfully lead the Manufacturing efforts of Greenville Operations.

Minimum Requirements
- BAC Degree
- Demonstrated Leadership Experience
- Five or more years’ experience leading manufacturing environments
- Project management experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- MRP/ERP Experience
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Lead different manufacturing product groups to meet business targets including on time delivery, quality, efficiency and cost
- Organize and staff manufacturing areas according to business needs
- Lead and coach production supervisors across multiple shifts
- Support coordination of weekly production schedule
- Lead and participate in safety and quality improvement teams
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
- Contribute to new training development and sustainability of existing training systems
- Planning and maintenance of budget for operations
- Support new product prototype development and launch
- Active contributor to continuous improvement process (5S, Kaizen, Shainin)
- Represent SMP to customers and suppliers
- Project work as assigned by Plant Manager
