**Your Role:**
- **Welcome Guests**: Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service drive.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Discuss vehicle concerns empathetically and provide tailored solutions.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Prepare and manage detailed repair orders, noting specific customer concerns.
- **Keep Customers Informed**: Provide timely updates on repair progress and handle any changes.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Maintain high Customer Service Index Scores and resolve complaints professionally.
- **Organized Scheduling**: Schedule appointments and ensure an efficient, organized workflow.
**What We?re Looking For:**
- **Education & Experience**: High school diploma or GED required; prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong computer and phone skills; ability to use common sense to follow instructions.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic; excellent driving record required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate vehicles or equipment as needed.
Five years minimum of service advisor experience required.( Highline experience preferred)
