- Complete all repairs on each order efficiently, meeting dealership, state, and factory standards.
- Address the customer?s primary concern, focusing on diagnosis, repair, and quality control to ensure Fixed First Visit outcomes.
- Perform Electronic Multi-Point Inspections on every vehicle.
- Provide timely updates to Service Advisors regarding any changes to the repair?s scope or timing.
- Master our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack), Pencilwrench, and Mykaarma for time tracking, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and be accountable for dealership-owned tools.
- Complete assigned factory-sponsored training classes.
- Keep current on all factory technical bulletins.
- Adhere to cleanliness standards to ensure a spotless return of customer vehicles.
- Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- High school diploma or GED required; graduation from a recognized Automotive/Technical School preferred.
- Prior experience as an automotive technician; factory-trained and/or manufacturer-certified is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and effective in a team environment.
- Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions with a common-sense approach.
- Excellent driving record with professional appearance and work ethic.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings.
