Florida Mortgage Loan Officer Job
Our mortgage loan officers at Standard Mortgage, operating under NMLS #1588683, specialize in assisting borrowers with their home purchase or refinancing needs. As a loan officer, your role involves establishing strong connections with clients, analyzing their financial situations, and identifying suitable products to address their specific requirements. Proactive client base generation is expected, including working with leads provided by our in-house real estate professionals.
In addition to regular communication with the owner, loan originators must stay updated on new loan types, guideline changes, and other financial products to ensure alignment with customer needs and compliance. Resolving issues across multiple departments while upholding a high level of service to both internal and external customers is crucial.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- After determining the optimal product for the client, our loan originators will secure the loan at the point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a preliminary paperless loan package without the need for processing.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- NMLS SAFE ACT compliance, with an active State MLO license is required.
- Rapid connection with clients through phone presentations, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners, and teammates.
