Position Overview:
- Build new relationships and support existing customers and contractors
- Partner with your customers by assisting them with product selection, communicate trends, new product, releases, upcoming promotions, delivery dates on purchases
- Be able to accurately field measure kitchen, bath & home spaces for cabinetry fit (Check for plumbing, electrical, depths, or any issues that would prohibit us from providing complete product the first time)
- Understand flooring, cabinet, and countertop materials as well as how materials are measured and installed
- Prepare bids via 2020 design & material estimates from customer/contractor supplied blueprints
- Assist in collecting accounts receivables
- Prepare and input orders if necessary
- Take images of space (before & after) keep organized for reference.
- Assist in Keeping showroom clean and updated.
- Produce periodic reports as required, such as weekly activity and service reports, keep organized calendar
- Review and respond to service issues
- Perform minor service work as needed
- Pull and deliver cabinet parts to job sites as needed
- Be available to provide photos of damaged product
- Adjust to the issues of the day as they arise
- Provide the best customer experience
- Represent US LBM with the highest level of integrity
- Cover, assist, and train in other areas
- Other duties as assigned by location management
Successful candidates for this role will have:

- High degree of organization and attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines is critical
- Sense of urgency and be able to keep organized in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to perform tasks and manage time with minimal oversight in a team environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 2 years of sales experience in a building materials or construction related industry & 2020 design
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and cabinetry drawings
- Critical thinking ability and strong mathematical skills
- Project management mindset and the ability to work within an ever-evolving environment
- Professional appearance and attitude with above average interpersonal and oral skills
- Knowledge of various product lines and procedures, presenting sales products in a positive and confident manner
- Organized and attentive to details
- Computer literate, knowledgeable of MS Office products, and able to quickly pick up proprietary software
- Frequently stand, walking, bending, climbing ladders and occasionally lift and carry 25-50 lbs.
