Standard Logistics is seeking a professional CDL A Hybrid Flatbed Truck Driver for an opportunity based out of Tuscaloosa AL. This role is dedicated to providing top-notch service to our long-term customer base, including industry leaders such as GAF, Home Depot, and James Hardie & Women In Trucking. Top 100 3PL PROVIDER 2025 for 2nd consecutive year! Standard Logistics operates in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest and Western Regions offering consistent freight year-round.
In this Hybrid role, you will operate 1-3 nights in a Flatbed sleeper tractor & trailer, Monday through Friday, no weekends. We provide late-model tractors equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure your comfort and safety.

- $5,000 Sign on Bonus, $4,000 Retention Bonus, Safety Bonuses up to $750 less taxes paid out every Quarter for those that qualify!!! $1,000 Referral Bonus. This position also includes a $35 per-diem for each overnight stay to cover travel expenses, and $20 for each load tarped.
- High Earning Potential: $75,000 - $85,000 annually with yearly increases

What You’ll Do
- Operate a Flatbed sleeper tractor & trailer, secure and transport roofing materials including but not limited to shingles, TPO, rolled roofing, for residential and commercial roofing.
- Manage routes effectively while maintaining high safety standards.
- Serve as a dedicated representative for our most valued long-term customers.
- Out 1-3 nights Monday-Friday
Requirements
- Class A CDL (Required)
- 1 Year of Commercial Driving Experience (Required)
- TWIC Card (Highly recommended)
- Hazmat (May or may not be Required depending on the area)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
