- Efficiently inspect parts of a moderate complexity
- Facilitate actions required when Non-Conformances arise, both external and internal, including customer communications
- Sustain quality procedures, systems, and requirements to assure customer satisfaction
- Interpret customer prints, specifications, weld, and workmanship standards
- Perform part inspections for ISIR’s and other production parts as needed
- Update part specific Control Plans as quality issues dictate
- Assist in Gage R&R and Process Capability Studies
- Engage in Tier II Triangle activities including daily meetings to support continuous improvement
- Coordinate the calibration of metrology equipment, gages and test equipment as needed
- Trigonometry basics and math skills, which include proficiency with fractions, decimals, and metrics
- Experience with blueprint reading including basic dimensioning, true position and welding callouts
- Proficient in use of inspection equipment including weld gages, calipers, micrometers, height stands, and protractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills working in a Team environment
