This high-demand role is based out of our Minneapolis office, and will regularly travel to, and present in, customer’s homes throughout the area. Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-qualify appointments with homeowners ready to make purchasing decisions – Sales Leads are provided to you!
- Qualify and close sales for residential customers across the Twin Cities.
- Conduct home assessments to recommend appropriate HVAC solutions, educate customers, and deliver value based on their unique heating and cooling needs.
- Prepare estimates, contracts, and surveys for each job.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven record of successfully closing new business.
- Results-driven with a high degree of integrity and a passion for outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
