As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in supporting homeowners and helping them stay comfortable year-round.

What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.
- Schedule routine and demand service, maintenance, and sales appointments.
- Help customers understand available products, services, and membership plans.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Efficiently route & dispatch on-call Service Technicians as needed.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and support business initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other automated customer service tools.
- Assist with customer mailings and special projects.
- Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday Rotating Saturday Mornings
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfort with phones, computers, data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Dependable, patient, and customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College coursework or degree is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
