About the Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our apartment communities, leading day-to-day operations with excellence and care. From resident satisfaction to team leadership, your impact will be felt across every corner of Renauld Place Townhomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier customer service and community engagement
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and compliance procedures
• Manage unit inspections, re-certifications, and ensure adherence to all HUD and Tax Credit requirements
• Lead and mentor office and maintenance staff
• Maintain organized and compliant resident and property files

What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a leader who’s as comfortable with people as they are with spreadsheets.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office technology
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Familiarity with HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, eviction law, and Fair Housing regulations
• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience
• Ability to walk the property and climb stairs
• Valid driver’s license
