About the Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our apartment communities, leading day-to-day operations with excellence and care. From resident satisfaction to team leadership, your impact will be felt across every corner of Cottonland Village Apartments. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer service and community engagement
- Oversee leasing, rent collection, and compliance procedures
- Manage unit inspections, re-certifications, and ensure adherence to all HUD and Tax Credit requirements
- Lead and mentor office and maintenance staff
- Maintain organized and compliant resident and property files
What We’re Looking For: we’re searching for a leader who’s as comfortable with people as they are with spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office technology
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Familiarity with HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, eviction law, and Fair Housing regulations
- Customer service, sales, or marketing experience
- Ability to walk the property and climb stairs
- Valid driver’s license
