This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician located in Philadelphia, PA. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to clients, and ensuring service tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to provide exemplary service and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Technical expertise in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance, particularly with printers, copiers, and scanning devices
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in understanding and working with office automation and networking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment, managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites
- Previous experience with Sharp equipment is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED required; certification in electronics or a related technical field preferred
