We are looking for an experienced painter to join our team at our apartment communities in Farmington, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior painting
- Perform interior painting on common areas of apartment buildings.
- Properly prepare wall surfaces.
- Light drywall repairs.
- Complete projects within timelines.
- High quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years painting experience.
- Extensive knowledge in residential painting and surface preparation.
- Drywall repair.
- Valid Driver's license
