What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hazardous waste customers, providing timely and professional support.
- Coordinate customer orders, service requests, scheduling, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Partner with operations, transportation, and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining accurate records and communications.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational effectiveness.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and documentation requirements related to hazardous waste services.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze information and identify practical solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to maintain tracking spreadsheets, organize data, and support forecasting and reporting activities.
