Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Roof Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Duties

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to educate clients on roofing options, benefits, and technical features.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategic sales plans targeting B2B (business-to-business) clients such as contractors, property managers, and commercial property owners.
  • Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project timelines to close sales efficiently while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that increase lead generation and brand awareness in assigned territories.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales, preferably within the roofing, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong management skills with experience overseeing territory sales and developing business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability in B2B sales, account management, and direct sales approaches.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-focused approach to ensure long-term client retention.
  • Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits effectively.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends and identify new business opportunities in a competitive landscape. Pay: $55,435.53 - $250,000.00 per year
