Standard Heating, Cooling & Insulating is looking for experienced insulation professionals who are ready to lead a crew, take ownership of their projects and keep growing.
If you have experience with spray foam, blown-in insulation or both, we want to talk to you.
Starting pay: $27–$36/hour based on demonstrated experience and ability.

What you'll do
As an Insulation Foreman, you'll lead residential and commercial insulation projects throughout Central New York, including:
- Spray foam installation
- Blown-in cellulose and fiberglass
- Air sealing and weatherization
- Attic, wall, basement and crawlspace applications
- Jobsite setup and safety
- Leading and developing crew members
- Reviewing job scope and ensuring work is completed correctly
- Communicating professionally with customers and Standard's project team
