We're looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values making a difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, interviews, and offers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
- Track and monitor employee credentials, certifications, and training to maintain compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files.
- Support managers with corrective actions, performance documentation, and employee relations.
- Process terminations, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation.
- Assist with HR initiatives, audits, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of HR experience (generalist or coordinator level preferred).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
