Our company is hiring an Enrollment Representative to work directly with customers and local businesses throughout the area.
As an Enrollment Representative, you'll meet with customers and businesses, learn about their current phone, internet, and communication setup, and identify opportunities where AT&T solutions can better support their needs. You'll guide sales conversations, present relevant solutions, answer questions, and help customers move forward with the services that fit their business. You'll be the main point of contact throughout the sales process, from the initial conversation through the account setup.
Enrollment Representative Responsibilities
- Connect with customers and businesses to discuss their communication and connectivity needs
- Explain AT&T service options clearly and recommend the right fit for each company
- Answer questions about pricing, features, and account setup to complete the sales order
- Process new sales orders and service enrollments accurately
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Build ongoing relationships with business owners and customers
- Communicate progress and updates with the sales team
Enrollment Representative Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, enrollment roles, barista hospitality or customer service is helpful
- Comfortable starting conversations customers
- Time management and organizational skills
- Able to explain service details clearly
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $52,355.77 - $63,052.11 per year
