We’re looking for an HVAC Technician who values professionalism, leadership, and true craftsmanship, someone who works with discipline, mentors with pride, and treats every project like it’s their own.
What You’ll Do
- AC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects from start to finish.
- Diagnose HVAC issues with accuracy and accountability.
- Train and mentor technicians — raise their standards, not just their speed.
- Keep job sites and equipment clean, organized, and efficient.
- Communicate with customers like a professional — clear, respectful, confident.
- Maintain documentation, safety, and quality control across every project.
What You Bring
- 3 years of HVAC experience (lead or senior tech is a bonus).
- Experience with schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong knowledge of split systems, central units, and refrigeration.
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification (is a bonus).
- HVAC trade school certification or equivalent (is a bonus)
- Valid Hawaii driver’s license and clean record.
- Ability to lead, teach, and uphold standards that others follow.
- A craftsman’s mindset — accuracy over ego, quality over shortcuts.
