Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and electronic components on wiring harnesses, power supplies, and other assemblies/subassemblies
- Read and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and CAD systems
- Use a variety of hand tools, soldering equipment, and precision measuring instruments
- Perform minor rework per standard procedures and quality instructions
- Complete required paperwork for each part, accurately and legibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and quality assurance protocols
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in electrical assembly or related field
- Any combination of education/experience may be substituted at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO or higher
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for small‑part work
- Commitment to safety, precision, and continuous learning
