POSITION SUMMARY
The Baker helps prepare, shape, and bake bread loaves/bakery items according to recipes and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND TASKS
Prepare, shape, and bake doughs for daily service according to recipes, standards, and service timing
Set up and maintain assigned station (mise en place) before and during service
Ensure all baked goods are executed with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist with storing and rotating inventory properly
Communicate effectively with chefs and team members
Support team members across stations when needed
All other duties as needed

Maintains a Service-focused approach, with a caring and sincere attitude at all times.
Punctual and professional for meetings, and in corresponding to clients.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
●Required Education and Experience
o High School Diploma or GED
o One (1) years of Bread Baking Experience

●Strong guest service orientation.
Great communication skills (Interacts in a professional manner with clients, management, team
members).
Identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Ability to accept constructive criticism and work calmly and effectively under pressure.
