Crew Leader / Driver – Stand Up Guys Junk Removal

Stand Up Guys is looking for a Crew Leader who takes pride in their work, leads with confidence, and delivers an outstanding customer experience on every job. If you're reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership, this is the role for you.

This is an active, hands-on position where you'll lead each job from start to finish — guiding your teammate, communicating with customers, and making sure every job is completed safely and efficiently.

Compensation $18–$25/hour base pay daily tips performance bonuses

What You'll Do

• Drive the truck to and from job sites
• Lead and support your teammate on every job
• Walk through jobs with customers and provide pricing
• Load and remove items safely and efficiently
• Keep the truck clean, organized, and road-ready
• Represent Stand Up Guys professionally on every job

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Comfortable communicating with customers
• Able to think independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions
• Takes pride in their work and follows through every time

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy items consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
