Position Summary:

Stand Out Homecare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide in-home assistance to a male patient located in Philadelphia, TN (ZIP 37846). This part-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule totaling 30 hours per week, with day shifts only and no weekends required.

As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the client’s independence and well-being by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and offering respectful, compassionate care.

Work Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 7 hours per day

• Wednesday & Thursday: 6 hours per day

• Friday: 4 hours

• Total: 30 hours per week

• Start time: Flexible between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and general physical support

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Remind and assist with medications as directed

• Run occasional errands or provide transportation to appointments (if needed)

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)

• Must be patient, compassionate, and reliable

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and dignity

• Must pass a background check

• Reliable transportation is preferred

• Male caregiver preferred due to patient needs, but qualified female caregivers are also encouraged to apply
