Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale application evolution initiative, including a major SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and multiple technical delivery teams, ensuring that requirements, dependencies, and solution decisions are clearly understood, aligned, and implemented across a highly integrated application landscape.ResponsibilitiesServe as liaison between business teams, SAP teams, and technical delivery groups Support cross-functional delivery efforts spanning an ecosystem of interconnected applications Review and validate business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications produced by various teams to ensure quality and consistency Apply strong requirements-writing experience to effectively challenge and refine documentation created by others Partner with application SMEs to confirm that application-specific solutions align to overall program objectives and enterprise architecture Facilitate workshops and meetings to clarify requirements, dependencies, and integration impacts across systems Support program-level risk, dependency, and issue management across impacted applications Assist with impact analysis and change management activities for affected applications and business processes Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of program requirements Contribute to test scenario definition and validate solutions during UAT and integration testing phases Core Qualifications5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in complex enterprise environments Experience working within or supporting large ERP programs, including exposure to SAP Experience coordinating work across multiple application teams within integrated or enterprise environments Strong ability to review, govern, and validate requirements, user stories, and specifications Strong understanding of application integrations, system dependencies, and ERP architectural concepts, including applications that interface with or depend on SAP Strong documentation skills for requirements, process flows, and impact assessments Exceptional communication and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups Highly organized; able to establish structure, track risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment across multiple teams and workstreams Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives Exposure to large, multi-application environments with significant integration complexity Experience in the media industry Familiarity with SQL for basic validation and analysis Background in data migration and interface or integration transformation work Additional Details The base salary range for this position is $60-$70 per hour, depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
