The SuccessFactors Business Solutions Consultant will provide hands-on functional and application support for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding technologies in an enterprise media and entertainment environment. This contract-to-hire role partners with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, IT, engineering teams, and software vendors to configure, integrate, test, and optimize SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, PageUp, and ClickBoarding. The consultant will translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, reports, security configurations, and API-enabled solutions while supporting production operations and a multi-year HR transformation. Success in this role requires deep SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding expertise, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to work onsite four days per week in Midtown Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
- Provide functional support across SmartRecruiters, PageUp, and ClickBoarding.
- Partner with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and understand business and process needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process workflows, solution designs, and technical documentation.
- Configure SuccessFactors and related talent acquisition systems, including workflows, reports, role-based permissions, and system objects.
- Support SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 configuration, enhancements, testing, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on APIs, automation, integrations, and enhancements that extend standard system capabilities.
- Partner with technical teams on SAP BTP-related extensions and custom solutions where applicable.
- Create RICEF specifications and functional documentation for Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
- Provide day-to-day application support, including ticket management, defect resolution, enhancement requests, and production issue troubleshooting.
- Support vendor releases, system upgrades, IT governance activities, and production deployments.
- Manage and execute project activities for assigned applications and modules.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR and Talent Acquisition reporting needs.
- Navigate SAP HCM Organizational Management and Personnel Administration data as required.
- Support testing activities, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare process documentation, training materials, support procedures, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and third-party SaaS talent solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of experience delivering enterprise HR technology solutions and related project or application support work.
- 5 years of experience with core HR systems such as SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- 5 years of experience with SaaS HR solutions, specifically SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Hands-on configuration experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, including Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting process analysis, modeling solutions, and preparing functional documentation.
- Experience working with workflows, role-based permissions, reporting, data management, and system integrations.
- Ability to create functional and RICEF specifications for technical and engineering teams.
- Strong project and task management skills with a history of successful delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, IT, engineering, and vendor teams across multiple locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Ability to work onsite four days per week in Midtown Manhattan.
- Occasional travel may be required.

- Experience with PageUp or ClickBoarding.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP extensions and custom HR technology applications.
- Experience with SuccessFactors reporting, security models, and role-based permissions.
- Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
- SuccessFactors certifications in Recruiting, Onboarding, or Employee Central.

Additional Details
The target annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
