StanCraft Construction Group is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our growing construction team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial construction projects and are looking for a craftsman who takes pride in their work, values safety, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim, decking, and custom woodwork
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work closely with superintendents and other trades to meet project schedules
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow all StanCraft safety policies and OSHA regulations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous carpentry experience required
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred:
- Experience in high-end custom construction
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
