Essential Job Functions
- Manage day-to-day operations of paint and drywall activities across assigned areas.
- Oversee project scheduling, labor coordination, and material availability to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate field updates, observations, and progress reports to both field crews and management.
- Maintain professional relationships with construction managers, builders, and Stancil team members to facilitate collaboration and resolve on-site challenges.
- Ensure that labor teams adhere to schedules, timelines, and company standards for quality and safety.
- Coordinate delivery, storage, and utilization of materials and supplies at the job level.
- Identify potential scheduling or resource conflicts and implement proactive solutions.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency with project specifications and builder expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of field activity, job completion status, and project materials.
- Serve as the on-site representative for Stancil Services, modeling professionalism, accountability, and excellence in every interaction.
- Other related duties as assigned .
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, or foreign equivalent).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license for 3 years and insurable under company policy.
- Experience in field operations, construction management, or related trade preferred.
- Demonstrate professionalism and provide informative, courteous assistance to customers, vendors, and team members.
- Exhibit initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
- Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
- Build and sustain strong working relationships founded on openness, respect, and trust.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

- Work is performed primarily outdoors on job sites.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands to operate tools, devices, and equipment.
- May drive or ride in a vehicle for two or more hours depending on project locations.
- Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to perform job duties as required.
- Occasionally required to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Exposure to outdoor conditions including extreme heat (above 90°F), cold (below 32°F), and inclement weather.
- Must remain alert to typical construction site hazards such as loud noise, confined spaces, or variable lighting conditions.
