The Marketing Manager will be in the field regularly, creating and delivering 3–5 pieces of content per week that demonstrate our workmanship, people, and partnerships.

Essential Job Functions
- Key Responsibilities
- Capture photo and short-form video on active jobsites (progress, before/after, crew highlights)
- Edit and publish 3–5 quality content pieces weekly across Instagram, LinkedIn, and website
- Produce Reels/short videos (30–90s) and Stories/snippets for daily engagement
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across channels
- Update website project pages and basic copy as needed
- Coordinate occasional freelancers for higher-end photography/video or design needs
- Keep a simple content calendar and meet deadlines reliably
- Highlight builder partnerships, testimonials, and social proof
- Assist with miscellaneous operational and marketing tasks as needed (vendor coordination, basic project admin, event support, asset organization, ad-hoc copywriting, light client communication)
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics and key performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions
- Other related duties as assigned
- Brand & Culture Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and leadership to bring company values and culture to life through content
- Create internal-facing content (employee spotlights, recognition, milestones, “day in the life”)
- Support recruiting efforts through employer branding content (hiring campaigns, role previews, culture storytelling)
- Capture and promote team wins, safety moments, and field leadership stories
- Support internal initiatives (onboarding, engagement, recognition programs like Guusto) through content
- Success Metrics
- 3–5 published content pieces per week
- Consistent visual brand across platforms
- Improved engagement and visibility with builders and partners
- Clear portfolio of on-site storytelling supporting business relationships
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- 3 years in content creation, social media, or brand marketing (portfolio required)
- Proven photo/video capture and editing skills (mobile-first workflows acceptable)
- Comfortable working on job sites and interacting with field crews
- Self-starter who can plan and execute with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational skills and consistency meeting deadlines
- Experience in construction, home services, or real estate is preferred, but not required
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) are preferred but not required
- Familiarity with WordPress, Squarespace, or CMS platforms
- Valid driver’s license required

- Produces and publishes 3–5 high-quality pieces of content per week across social media and the company website
- Maintains a consistent content cadence aligned with marketing priorities and project timelines
- Ensures all content meets brand standards for quality, tone, and visual consistency
- Field Execution & Storytelling
- Regularly spends time in the field capturing real-time content that highlights workmanship, people, and partnerships
- Demonstrates the ability to independently identify and capture compelling stories without constant direction
- Represents the company professionally when interacting with employees, builders, and partners onsite
- Brand Alignment & Quality
- Accurately reflects the company’s brand, culture, and values in all content
- Ensures all published materials are polished, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Maintains consistency in messaging across all platforms
- Publishing & Platform Management
- Manages and maintains company social media accounts and website content
- Ensure content is posted on schedule and optimized for each platform
- Keeps website content current, relevant, and visually engaging
- Engagement & Growth
- Supports growth in brand awareness through increased engagement (likes, shares, comments, follows)
- Monitors performance of content and adjusts approach based on engagement trends
- Identifies opportunities to highlight key projects, partnerships, and milestones
- Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinates with operations and field teams to schedule and capture content opportunities
- Communicates clearly with leadership on content plans, needs, and performance
- Responds to feedback and adjusts content strategy as needed
- Time Management & Accountability
- Effectively manages time between fieldwork, editing, and publishing deadlines
- Meets established deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Demonstrates ownership of the role with minimal supervision
- Consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines with precision and reliability
- Work is primarily performed in an indoor office environment, with periodic travel to project sites as required
- Requires regular use of computers and office machinery for data entry, communication, and reporting
