WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Dishwasher, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen, keeping everything sparkling and ready. You’ll:
- Scrub pots, pans, and dishes to perfection, ensuring every item is spotless.
- Rinse, clean, and organize dishes from the restaurant, kitchen, and party rooms.
- Help set up and tear down private dining rooms and off-premise catering events, carrying plates and pans like a pro.
- Keep the dish room clean, safe, and organized, following all restaurant practices.
- Pitch in with general upkeep, like sweeping, mopping, or shoveling snow to keep the building shining.
- Complete closing cleaning checklists to leave the dish room ready for the next shift.
- Communicate equipment issues or policy concerns to management quickly and clearly.
- Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the restaurant.
