WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Server, you’ll be the face of Stancato’s, creating dining experiences that wow. You’ll:
- Greet guests with warmth, guiding them through their dining journey with flawless service.
- Take and deliver orders with precision, following special requests to ensure every plate is perfect.
- Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining room ready for the next group.
- Support your fellow servers, pitching in to keep the team shining.
- Own food safety and sanitation, keeping the dining room, lobby, restrooms, and patio spotless.
- Stay on top of product quality, fixing any issues to ensure every guest leaves happy.
- Jump into other tasks as needed, bringing your energy to every corner of the dining room.
