What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing position at Stanbrick Dental Services?
About This Role:
Stanbrick Dental Group is seeking a Director of Marketing who thrives on execution and getting things done. We're a growing network of 10 dental practices across the Denver metro area, and we need someone who can keep our marketing engine running smoothly while we scale.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to philosophize about marketing theory. We need someone who can take strategy and turn it into coordinated action across multiple locations, vendors, and teams. If you're the type of person who sees a stalled project and immediately figures out how to get it moving again, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Actually Do:
Campaign Execution & Coordination (40%)
- Execute multi-location marketing campaigns across all 10 practices
- Coordinate with external agencies and contractors to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Manage content creation: brief creators, coordinate shoots, gather patient testimonials
- Ensure creative assets move from concept to launch without unnecessary delays
- Align campaign execution with practice managers and clinical teams
Data & Systems Management (30%)
- Own marketing data accuracy and reporting - verify before presenting
- Manage CRM pipelines and lead flow optimization
- Build and improve reporting systems that provide actionable insights
- Create SOPs for repetitive tasks and identify automation opportunities
- Oversee marketing technology stack and vendor relationships
Project Management (20%)
- Keep all marketing initiatives moving forward without dropped balls
- Coordinate between practice managers, doctors, vendors, and partners
- Maintain campaign calendars and content schedules
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks
Strategic Support (10%)
- Contribute data-driven insights to improve patient acquisition
- Support CEO in strategic planning and campaign development
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies

- You understand both tactical details and strategic objectives
- You can connect marketing activities to business outcomes

- Strong Excel/Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Required Experience:
- 4-6 years in marketing operations, coordination, or project management
- Experience working with external agencies and managing vendors

What Success Looks Like:
- Marketing projects move from idea to execution without unnecessary delays
