Specialty Patient Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly and dynamic individual to join our team as a Specialty Patient Scheduling Coordinator. This role is responsible for contacting patients and scheduling pending treatment for our busy Specialty dental practice in the DTC. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends!

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Scheduling, confirming, and adjusting patient appointments
• Coordinating specialty appointments, referrals, and follow-up care
• Answering phone calls, emails, and texts promptly and courteously
• Ensuring treatment-planned procedures are scheduled appropriately
• Monitoring overdue patients and rescheduling missed appointments
• Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
