What Does the Job Require (Job Description)?As a member of our landscaping crew, you’ll take part in transforming residential and commercial properties through high-quality landscaping and hardscaping projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade, from excavation to installation, while working alongside skilled professionals who value precision and teamwork.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing general landscape and hardscape labor
- Operating and maintaining power tools and equipment
- Assisting with demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Installing retaining walls, pavers, fences, and concrete features
- Completing tasks such as seeding, sodding, and plant/tree installation
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized worksite
- Following project plans and supervisor instructions

What Work Schedule Is Required?Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM, with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Pay is issued every other Friday.

Education Requirements / Skills:
- No formal degree required, training provided
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and physically capable of performing manual labor
