We are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, building client relationships, and working in a professional office environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with claims questions, billing concerns, policy changes, and payment options
- Quote and remarket personal insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner
- Review policies for accuracy and discuss coverage needs with clients
- Communicate with insurance carrier underwriters regarding risks and policy details
- Educate clients on insurance coverages and available options
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service
- Conduct account reviews and proactively connect with clients regarding life changes and coverage updates
- Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system
- Work collaboratively with team members and insurance carrier representatives

- Personal lines insurance experience preferred, but motivated applicants without insurance experience will still be considered
Licensing & Education
- Current New York State Property & Casualty License preferred
- Applicants not currently licensed will receive paid training and licensing preparation and must be willing and able to obtain their NYS Property & Casualty license after hire
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

Schedule & Location
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible scheduling options between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Bloomfield, NY
Compensation is competitive and reflects experience level, licensing status, and the ability to independently manage client accounts.
