Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday weekends as needed.
Pay: $70,000-$105,000 annual salary plus bonuses.

What You’ll Do:
- Deal with escalated calls by expertly servicing customers’ entire needs.
- Meet Daily, Monthly, and annual goals and department budget
- The electrical manager is responsible for setting up and maintaining their electrician's dispatch board
- Supervise any Installation, and repair calls if needed
- Train and supervise the use of electrical systems, including transformers, transfer switches, and switch gears
- Review/ edit / change the Pricebook with VP of Operations
- Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goal for your department
- Maintain proficient knowledge of electrical products and services.
- Review all callbacks and provide appropriate training
- Conduct monthly truck inspections so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside.
- Conduct and host actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.
- Ensure safety best practices are followed in the field.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:

- Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, trouble shooting, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- High school diploma/GED required
- Associate degree preferred but not required
- 5 years’ of experience in the electrical trade
- 2 years of management experience
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Would be exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures
- Will be in proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations
- Must be able to work with sharp tools and electricity that could potentially produce cuts or burns
- Wear safety attire often, such as goggles or other protective clothing
- Could be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are uncomfortable and distracting
- Will be exposed to very bright or inadequate lighting conditions
- Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs and scaffolding
- Will work around exposed contaminants
- Must be able to work in cramped workplaces, such as crawl spaces under floors.
- Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment
- Heavy lifting required (50-75) pounds, ladder work and tight space work required from time to time
- Ability to pick-up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted
- Operate handheld power tools
- Wear personal protective equipment
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
