- Provide Expert Fittings: Work one-on-one with customers to assess foot size and fit, recommending shoes and insoles for comfort, support, and style.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver an exceptional sit-and-fit experience, ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and satisfied.
- Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date on the latest footwear trends and help customers find the best options for their needs.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Base pay of $12/hour OR commission (whichever is greater). Most Fit Specialists earn $18 /hour, with top earners averaging $24 /hour based on sales performance.
- Full-Time Flexibility: 15-25 hours/week with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts. No work on major holidays - we prioritize family time.
