Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces after construction or renovation projects, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Handle detailed sanitation tasks such as disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage to property.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings; hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices.
